Shared Parental Leave back in the Limelight
On Monday, the Government launched a campaign to promote Shared Parental Leave (SPL) and Shared Parental Pay (ShPP) after a low take-up of the policy. The campaign will be backed by a £1.5 million investment in an attempt to encourage couples to ‘share the joy’ of parenting.
