She has an in depth knowledge of employment law, having spent many years representing employer clients at employment tribunal, but now prefers to be involved with providing strategic HR advice and solutions as a trusted advisor.

Natasha Lawless
Senior HR Employment Law Advisor

Natasha has worked in employment law for the best part of 9 years and during this time she has worked closely with various sectors, ranging from small independent retail shops to large corporate manufacturing companies. She has a in depth knowledge on all aspects of employment law and has a strong client base where she advises businesses on both best practice and commercial employment law advice, depending on their preferences. Natasha is fully CIPD qualified and also an in-house trainer and ensures all PPHR staff is kept up to date with changes to the law.
